    360 degree feedback interviews

    A bespoke report just for you. Jokisch Coaching holds confidential 1:1 discussions with managers, peers, direct reports, and others you work with closely. They provide behavior-based examples of what it is like to work with you, and you receive an anonymized narrative highlighting your strengths and areas for growth told by the people who know you best. This data helps you see a fuller picture of how your performance is perceived, and we use it to inform our coaching goals and discussions.

    EQ-i 2.0 measures individual emotional intelligence and the EQ 360 allows leaders to receive feedback from managers, peers, direct reports, and others on how they express their emotional intelligence. Research shows that up to half of job performance can be attributed to your emotional intelligence, a set of emotional and social skills that establish how we perceive and express ourselves, build relationships, make decisions, and cope with challenges.

    The MBTI assessment helps people improve how they communicate, learn, and work. Used by more than 88 percent of Fortune 500 companies and with more than 70 years of science-based, research-based insight, the MBTI assessment provides positive language for understanding and valuing individual differences.
