Leadership and executive coaching
Maximize your potential
I come to every coaching session with the belief that you have the answers inside of you. As your thought partner, I will ask powerful questions to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. It may be uncomfortable at times. That is where the growth happens.
We will start with an assessment, then set goals and explore your growth together. You own the actions you will take to achieve the outcomes you want.
Jokisch Coaching offers customized coaching packages for organizations and individuals tailored to outcomes. Our sessions can be virtual or in-person.

Understanding coaching
The term coaching is broadly used and often mislabeled. In our coaching sessions, the focus is on you, your goals, and growth towards meaningful change. Here is what it is not.
Coaching is not consulting.
You are not a problem to be solved. You are a leader with potential to unleash and clarity to discover, and I can help you do that.
Coaching is not mentoring.
Mentoring involves a senior leader imparting experience and offering guidance. We may uncover how you could benefit from a mentor and think through who that person might be.
Coaching is not therapy.
Therapy often focuses on the past. Coaching focuses on your present and future, and you own the actions and outcome. That is where we will spend our time.
